Hello Friends! I am Janna. I am in my mid-fifties and wear titles such as wife, mother, Gramma, daughter, daughter in law, mother-in-law, sister, sister-in-law, auntie and many more hats. The jobs related to these titles have changed over the last 10 + years to a time in life I was not prepared to live. I am also a nurse. I have worked in behavioral health for almost 30 years. WOW. When I put it that way, I am taken back to how fast life goes by. If you are entering this phase of life or are right smack dab in the middle of it, I would like to share some experiences and insights into this phase they call “the sandwich years”.
